Power Up Club is a wellbeing and movement based programme designed to support the emotional, physical and social development of primary aged children.
Created by Zach Glynne, a sport and exercise science graduate working within primary education, the programme blends purposeful movement with mindset
development to help children feel more confident, regulated and capable in everyday school life. Power Up Club is built on the belief that strong minds
and active bodies grow together, and that movement can be a powerful tool for developing resilience, focus and self belief in young people.
